Dr. Anita Csoma is an innovation and business leader, and a reservoir geoscientist with more than two decades of experience working in European and North American Oil & Gas Companies including MOLGroup, ConocoPhillips, and Shell International E&P. She has worked with all types of reservoirs globally and has wide arrays of leadership experience including designing and building interdisciplinary innovation and service teams, and transforming large organizations to support business needs.
In her last role in MOLGroup she was the Innovation Lead for MOL Upstream and the Head of MOL Subsurface, where with her teams she has evaluated the geothermal potential of the Pannonian Basin.
Currently she works as an independent transformation advisor, supporting from start-up to multinational organizations in their innovation and transformation journeys. She is also faculty member of the SEED School for Executive Education and Development.
